thanks for your reply. my top three cli-fi are Parable of the Talents/ Sower duology by Octavia Butler, Ministry of the Future, KS Robinson, and Kraken Calling by Aric McBay. All exceedingly believable and valuable for pushing the envelope of my own thinking about preparedness.
Another category would be NGO/govt thinktank reports: eg New Shape Prize, Global Challenges Foundation, Stimson Foundation, RealGreenNewDeal. Jacob Nordangard, Whitney Webb, Coreydigs.com, Fadi Lama, Michael Hudson to name a few. Ah, also US military public documents on global risks. @justinmcaffee
Excellent list, thank you! Some you may consider adding are The Dawn of Everything (Graeber and Wendgrew), A Paradise Built in Hell (Solnit), and for fiction The Ministry of the Future (Robinson).
I've read and enjoyed a few of these books, and there are a couple I want to read.
Pretty interesting developments in France, eh?
Indeed! Thanks for the comment

I have a copy of The Dawn of Everything, but need to actually read it. :-)
It's very good! So much to read, so little time!
Nice reading list :-)
I’d add:
Sand Talk by Tyson Yunkaporta
Revolutionary Demonology by Gruppo di Nun
Prophetic Culture by Federico Campagna
Eumeswil by Ernst Jünger
Alexandria by Paul Kingsnorth
Excellent! Thanks for suggestions!
quite a library!
you missed a major handbook of resistance history, theory and practice by Aric Mcbay called Full
Spectrum Resistance. and a useful category would be resistance fiction/sci-fi.
It was there under III. I own a copy of the two volume set myself. Good call on the categories. We’ll keep adjusting it.
Any suggestions on the fiction side?
Excellent list! Thank you.
