The system isn't broken and in need of fixing; the system is working exactly as intended and must be destroyed.

I always like what you have to say Justin. Sorry to say Mike adds nothing. He's really boring to listen to. Nothing against his intelligence its just not very sophisticated answers and he seems really not with the current trends that are happening. He's just your old teacher and friend but doesn't make for riveting conversation.

I appreciate that Amy. I was definitely hoping having somewhat of a normie would help steer the conversation some... especially to questions a lot of people might have. Does having someone outside the "bubble" steer the conversation into interesting pathways? Or is it just meh? Thanks Amy.

I don't know who your audience is but I found you because it's a new way of seeing what's happening (Sarah Wilson, Jared Yates Sexton). Feels like Mike is the old way. Feels like sitting in a boring college course explaining the basics. I think you're past that. Just my two cents. None of this is "normal". We need help understanding this new way of being and how to stay sane doing what we can. How can we create the world we know can be possible because the truth is this one was never going to be just and fair. Now it's becoming so evident. Going to take a lot to help people see this. Keep up the good work!

There is only ONE solution to the imminent extinction of a massively overpopulated species on a depleted dying planet/ecosystem: CONTRACEPTION. The alternative is just too horrible to contemplate and climate collapse will intervene. GAIA will find a way to rid Herself of Her worst mistake since dinosaurs, cockroaches, and bats.

We are indeed entering the phase of collapse, where more and more people have become so frustrated that they're trying to smash everything offensive to them rather than discover what kind of relief is needed. What if your mom had not done that, again and again and again, to finally give birth to you and help you open your eyes to the greater world?

If you study what growth is used for in nature, it's two main things:

1. giving birth to new systems to give them a chance to perfect their designs and integrate with their contexts, and

2. Overextending the internal and external designs and cohesion of what's growing to cause it to break up, break down, and disappear.

Why science didn't notice that primacy of regular growth processes in creating and erasing the systems of life is the most fascinating part, and can give us hope that we'll take the time to have the pleasure of finding out where we live! It involves work and struggle, yes, but can become a real experience of wonderful lives, too.
